These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Aspayr websites, mobile applications, account services, subscription features, analytics, open banking connections, identity verification flows, and AI-assisted product features made available by Aspayr.

You must provide accurate registration information, maintain the security of your account, and use Aspayr only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account credentials. Aspayr may suspend or restrict access if account information is inaccurate, security is at risk, or legal or compliance requirements are not satisfied.

Aspayr relies on third-party service providers to deliver parts of the service, including authentication providers, Yapily for open banking connectivity, Didit for identity verification, and Microsoft Azure AI services for AI-assisted features. Your use of some functions may require you to complete separate consent or authorisation flows with those providers. Bank data availability depends on third-party institutions, provider uptime, and the scope and duration of your active consent.

Aspayr may offer AI-assisted features such as home briefings, financial summaries, chat, voice assistance, and notification insights. These features are designed to support financial understanding and product usability. They do not constitute regulated financial, legal, tax, investment, or accounting advice. You remain responsible for reviewing and validating any decision made using information presented by Aspayr.

Aspayr may offer paid subscription access, including auto-renewable subscriptions such as Aspayr Pro. The applicable subscription title, billing period, current price, and any trial or promotional terms are displayed in the app and in the relevant app marketplace before purchase confirmation.

For subscriptions purchased through Apple: payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase; the subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period; and you can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings after purchase.

For subscriptions purchased through other platforms, the billing, renewal, and cancellation rules of that platform apply in addition to these terms.

You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, reverse engineer protected systems except where law permits, submit unlawful or infringing content, or use Aspayr to harm others, evade compliance controls, or test security without authorisation.

Aspayr may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. Some features may vary by country, device, platform, connected institution, or subscription tier. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of banking integrations, AI-assisted outputs, or marketplace billing systems.

You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion where available. Aspayr may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect the service, comply with law, respond to fraud or abuse, or enforce these terms.

Aspayr is provided on an as-available and as-updated basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aspayr disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Aspayr is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by third-party service failures, institution outages, inaccurate user-provided information, or reliance on AI-generated outputs as professional advice.
